    Tap Text in the editor and type your words.

    Open the 3D tab

    Pick a 3D look, then set the depth, light and tilt. The Effects tab has the glitch and echo styles.

    Place it

    Drag, resize and rotate it with the handles on the preview, or twist with two fingers.
