Terms of Service
Effective September 21, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Mixtape website and beta software. Mixtape is under active development, and additional platform or store terms may apply when you install or use a beta or public release.
1. Using this website
You may use this website for lawful, personal, and informational purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass its security, introduce malicious code, or use automated activity that unreasonably burdens the service.
2. Product status
Mixtape is an actively developed product. Descriptions on this site reflect the current codebase and roadmap, but features, compatibility, performance, availability, and release plans may change before a public release. Nothing on this site is a guarantee that a specific feature or release date will remain unchanged.
3. Intellectual property
The Mixtape name, visual identity, website design, application, and original product materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant you ownership of Mixtape or permission to copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected product materials except where applicable law permits it.
4. Third-party services
Mixtape may link to or use third-party services such as Apple TestFlight and Freesound. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
5. No warranties
This website is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mixtape’s developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.
7. Changes
We may update this site and these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
8. Contact
During the beta, questions and feedback can be sent through Apple TestFlight’s feedback tools. Please do not include private media, project files, or sensitive personal information in feedback.
